Lead daily plant operations, ensure smooth production flow, maintain quality standards, and oversee safety protocols. Responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, and supporting BluVita's mission of delivering pure, sustainable drinking water.
Oversee inventory, storage, and dispatch operations with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure timely order fulfillment, manage logistics teams, maintain stock records, and support seamless distribution across BluVita's delivery network.
Acquire new customers from local industries, corporate offices, and retail markets; promote the brand; and expand the distribution network across the district.

Qualification: Graduate (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG, Beverage, or Packaged Drinking Water industry
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of the local market and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
Manage overall production operations at the packaged drinking water plant, including production management, quality control, plant maintenance, inventory management, and efficient workforce management.

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry/Microbiology
Experience: 5–10 years of experience as a Plant Manager in a Water Plant (RO/Packaged Drinking Water) or Beverage Manufacturing industry
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of BIS and FSSAI regulations is essential.
